How does it work?

Our goal is to support restaurants, which is why we have created a digital ecosystem that helps establishments make their businesses more profitable and attract more diners.

In our restaurant Marketplace, they offer you a discount ranging from 10% to 50% to visit them, and additionally, we provide you with cashback for paying with AppartaPay at establishments that have this option. That's how transparent it is!

We are not a delivery service, nor do we charge a subscription fee or service cost.

How do I make a reservation to visit the restaurants?

1. Download Apparta and register.
2. Search for the restaurant and choose the time, date, and number of people for your reservation (each hour may have a different discount).
3. Confirm your reservation and remember to show up on time; the restaurants are expecting you.
4. Enjoy delicious food, pay less, and dine at the best restaurants.

What are the service conditions?

Each restaurant has its own policies, so we recommend reading them before accepting the reservation. However, keep in mind the following recommendations:

• Arrive on time; otherwise, your reservation may be canceled.
• Some establishments have multiple branches, so make sure to verify the restaurant's address before finalizing the reservation.
• Tip generously; this is a way to reward the staff and encourage more restaurants to offer discounts.
• In some restaurants, the discount may not apply to the entire menu; it's wise to check beforehand to keep track of your expenses.
• You are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks to consume on-site.
• If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to contact us through our support channels.
• Rate your restaurant experience as it helps us continue providing the best service.
• The restaurant also rates you; we use this rating system to offer more benefits to our top diners.

Do I need to input my credit card information?

Apparta is a free application; however, we offer a virtual wallet for you to make payments at restaurants. If you wish to use this payment method and receive cashback, you can register your credit card to top up your account.

Do I need to bring any proof to the restaurant for them to accept my reservation?

You just need to mention that you have a reservation with Apparta and show your phone with the confirmation. The restaurant will verify your name in the system.
